Asthma is a chronic respiratory disease due to inflammation (inflammation) and narrowing of the airways, accompanied by the production of mucus (fluid) which then accumulate in the respiratory tract.
Symptoms of asthma include coughing, especially at night, the sound mengik (wheezing), shortness of breath, and chest tightness, pain, and depressed.
These symptoms are not the same for everyone, both weight and type. In fact, the same person, each different attack symptoms can be different.
For people who do not have asthma, but experiencing the following symptoms, you should be wary. It could be any of these symptoms are early signs of asthma.
Early symptoms include:
- Often the stone-cough, especially at night
- Easy shortness of breath
- Feeling very tired during physical activity
- Breath sounds or cough after physical activity
- Frequent colds due to allergies (sneezing, runny nose, cough, swollen nose, sore throat, and headache)
- Difficulty sleeping at night
Asthma overcome by avoiding triggers and by giving the drug.
Trigger factors may include fatigue, stress, etc.. Usually people already know what can trigger asthma.
While a cure for asthma consists of two groups, namely, anti-inflammatories (corticosteroids) and bronkhodilator. Can be given by mouth, injected, inhaled, or sprayed into the oral cavity.
